RF-1 Edmonton Zoning

Looking to rezone a property? What is a RF-1 zone? This is a common question when looking to buy and develop a property in Edmonton. RF-1 zone areas predominantly are developed with attached row houses on small lots where no more than 2 dwelling units are permitted.
In the RF-1 Zone, 2 dwelling units may be located within the principal structure or 1 each in the principal structure such as a house and an accessory structure such as a garden suite.
