Supporting Small Businesses During COVID-19

What an unprecedented time! While we all social distance ourselves, we need to recognize small businesses and the most vulnerable community members will crater without your support under these difficult circumstances.
Be sure to support our local businesses & community members around Edmonton and surrounding areas.

Need some ideas?
-Buy a gift card to your favorite small local business. Some of our favorites include The Ellis, Urban Retreat, Spring Lake RV Resort, Currents Sun & Swimwear, Love & Laugh Photography by Ashlee Grasley, Outdoor Rooms Without Walls & Creekside Home and Garden.
-A lot of restaurants have already shifted to Skip the Dishes, Uber Eats or Door Dash. You can still order food online and have it delivered or pick it up. Some of our favorites include Grain of Rice, Rio Vida (Gluten Free), Doughnut Party and Malt and Mortar.
-Do your holiday or gift shopping online now through local business. Many are offering free shipping to make it convenient. Some of our favorites include Four Boutique, Miss Boss, SOG, My Filosophy, etc.
-Donate to the Edmonton Food Bank. There will be many people who are going to need assistance.
-Check on your elderly neighbour. They may not be able to stockpile food, get to the grocery store easily or get their necessary medications.

Let’s band together.  We can do this.
