Consolidating Lots Together

Need more space? We can consolidate two or more lots together into one large lot.  We will create a plan to combine, rezone and design the lots together.  We will also provide any engineering requirements that the municipality may have to complete the consolidation process.

Alberta Tier 2 Soil and Groundwater Remediation Guidelines

Septic Systems

Septic systems are designed to break down sewage and absorb some of it into the surrounding soil.   Some of the contaminants being absorbed into soil and sand are bacteria, viruses, household cleaners and laundry detergents.  Very little is known on the impact of the environment since there has been minimal studies.
